When do you meet?

Our regular meetings are normally on the second and fourth Thursday of every month. During the summer months (June, July, and August), we often only hold one meeting a month on the second Thursday.

On meeting nights, we start eating at 6:30pm and our meetings start at 7:30pm.

Will there be food?

Yes! We loving having dinner before our meetings, and we start eating at 6:30pm. The cost for dinner is a free will donation.

Should I bring anything?

If you have a covered dish, side dish, or dessert you would like to bring, we certainly won’t turn you away! But bringing food is not required.

What should I wear?

Being in Panama City Beach, our dress code is more relaxed than a lot of Lodges. Business casual is a good rule of thumb. We ask that you please wear shoes (no flip flops or sandals), pants (no shorts), and a shirt with a collar (Polo shirts are okay). No jacket is required.

Can I bring my family or guests?

The first meeting (held on the 2nd Thursday of the month) is designated as Family Night. We would love to meet your family or any friends and guests you would like to bring. If your family or guests are not Master Masons, they are not allowed into our meetings, but they are welcome to hang out in the dining hall until the meeting is over.

(However, some meeting nights are very long, so it may be best to drive separately from your family or guests so they can leave after the meal.)

The second meeting (held on the 4th Thursday of the month, except during the summer months) is not specifically designated as Family Night, but you are still welcome to bring your family or guests. The more the merrier!

Do you have a coffee club?

Yes, we do! Our coffee club meets for donuts and coffee every Tuesday morning from 7:30am – 10:00am. Come hang out and meet some Masons!
